Z-Image Turbo Released – 6B Parameter Text to Image Model

This is the heavily distilled model. Generation speed is pretty impressive (reminds me of the old SDXL Turbo models) at around 3 seconds for a 1024x1024 image on my RTX 4x series card.

I personally don't find the Turbo/Lightning models super useful. Doesn't really matter how fast the boat is if the compass is busted.

I'm looking forward to the non-distilled and editing versions of the models but release dates haven't been announced.
