Deploying a ChatGPT clone (the hard way)

I was looking for a detailed guide about this, but all I found were bits and pieces of quick tutorials that didn't address the details about how to tie all the pieces together for a usable setup. This blog is a walkthrough of how I deployed OpenWebUI + Cloudflare Tunnel + LM Studio + gpt-oss-20b + Notion MCP Server all on my local hardware, with some tips of what I learned along the way.
