My name is Sara Parker, founder of llcclass. My mission is simple: Make Opportunity as Ubiquitous as Talent.b. Right now, a "wall" blocks global founders from the US financial ecosystem (Stripe, Amazon, VCs). c. I've spent 1000 hours researching how to tear it down. Did you know the absolute minimum state fee to register a US company and get ein,bank account with 30 min CPA talk can be just $267? So why do services (ours included) charge $1000+?
