Supreme Court Considers Legality of Trump's Tariffs

I don't get how the conservative justices can be so adamant about separation of powers and nondelegation and then suggest that a tariff is just a gentle embargo.

However it was pretty funny that they offered the hypothetical, "imagine if there was like a real emergency..."
