The Resurrection of the Two-State Solution

Definitive solutions, to this or any other problem, are not wanted. What is wanted are "wedge issues", problems that can be nurtured and perpetuated, always just off the boil, to be used to place blame and raise money. To solve a problem is to render it useless.
