I collected data after cycling and running for 6 years. One thing was how cold or hot I was and the weather. I kept notes and had a guide on what to wear for myself. Now I've made it into a little web app.

NESH is a Northern English dialect term for somebody who feels the cold a lot.

Nice work, could be useful to beginners!

Consider handling extreme cases gracefully with a "it is not recommended to go running/cycling outside in these conditions". Otherwise I get

It will be -37°C, clear, windy so you should wear:

Hat

Long sleeves

Jacket

Gloves

Leggings

brrrrr....
