#2Neon has pg18 ready to use on the day it's released, just like last year.
Sadly one of the most interesting features, Async I/O, is going to take some work at the file system level for us to support. For now all operations are still sync. And we'll keep updating on our progress there.

#3This is great to see, both the new 18 features (async I/O, UUIDv7 specifically).
What I was surprised to see was no changes that make it easier to upstream the changes that neon and others have to upstream each release. Anyone have insights on this?
