Tel HN: GitHub account locked just after launching my startup. Any help?

Hi HN,

I just launched my project on GitHub last week (https://pingoo.io / https://github.com/pingooio/pingoo, the fast, secure and easy-to-use Load Balancer / API Gateway / Reverse Proxy with built-in service discovery, GeoIP, WAF, bot protection and more).

The project seems to have some traction with almost 600 stars in a week, but after doing some maintenance, my account has been automatically blocked, and it seems that my organizations are no longer accessible and their support is not reachable.

This is a very bad situation, so I'm reaching to the community if anyone can help, or has a friend who can help, or has a big audience on X/Twitter and can get a real Human to help.

One of the worst thing is that even Docker images can't be pulled!

Knowing the author of Pingoo I wonder if he may have used anything that may have made GitHub red flag his account.

Your knowledge of the author of Pingoo makes you more likely to believe that he may have erred? This explanation gains strength for you given your knowledge of his character and personality and professional practices?

It would be great to see this github account restored so that we could hopefully get *some* kind of public update on the Cloudflare Book he announced on HN over two years ago, which he collected money for early access, but has then provided *zero* updates about, and which has zero indication of ever being finished.

What's up with that Sylvain? If your github account is restored, will you finally either give some kind of update to confirm that this was not a scam, and/or refund folks' money if they request it?

You want to hear from a real Human [sic] here in your case, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to hear from a real Human (you) about wtf is going on with this mystery book whose completion seems...dubious.
