#2Wake Forest University is a fairly prestigious private research university in Winston-Salem, NC. The costs of attendance (without financial aid) are normally almost 100k / year.

#3IIR, MIT and several similar (expensive and exclusive) institutions have done the same in the past year or so. Same incomes cut-offs, too.
