Google.com not pingable... Samsung phone reporting "connected without internet" even though internet works

Looks like ALL Google services are inaccessible. (Search, Drive, YouTube, etc.)

This also happens to include the HN API which runs on Firebase

Here in Turkey as well! I can ping but can't open in a browser! Working without google is fun!

I would assume that this is valid for most Android phone, in the backend using google systemwide to check for internet access and here we are...
