100M Key Lookups/SEC with REST API and Python on AWS with RonDB

The architecture for this benchmark was parallel locust Python clients doing PK lookups via AWS load balancer to REST Servers for RonDB.

Cost wise, it was 0.0001% of the cost of running the same number of key lookups on DynamoDB.

RonDB is open-source - including the helm charts and grafana infrastructure.
