It should be pointed out that what Israel is publicly offering is pretty much the definition of ethnic cleansing. Relocating an entire population, so unsurprisingly most non-Israeli and US bodies opposed it.

Of course Hamas would reject the plan. Israel would be able to fight Hamas with out Gaza people in the way..... Maybe why Hamas accept ceasefire too?
