I've been thinking about this problem alot lately.
Omegle while it had its terrible exploitative nature -- had and has real potential still.
Implementing things like paid badge verification to remove bots and age verification to prevent underage users.
Adding in AI interjecting for conversations, maybe a conversation is going off topic or getting stale AI could come in and improve that conversation.
