How do you save articles for TTS

I used to use Pocket, their TTS was problematic but it was ok. Now that Pocket is terminated, what do you use? basically my need is to save long articles for future reading and have reliable TTS to read it for me during my runs or driving. I currently save them in Chrome reading lists.

The iPhone has a built in TTS with “reading mode”

it doesn't. I currently copy things to notebooklm and generate the audio. I'm planning to implement something similar to pocket with tts.
