#4I am so glad for this. I feel like I have never ever actually used any Leet Code style solutions (or encountered problems in the same vein) in my professional career. I am a principal engineer and I feel like I generally perform poorly on these. Readability and organization is key!

Only if they want to work for the likes of Meta, Apple, Google, etc. But the dev world is so very much larger than that.
