We don't really have them but we do have a tradition of largely free speech. They can have a go at you for inciting racial hatred and the like but not for having JD Vance memes on your phone. (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=44369140)

Hamas literally call for the extermination of Jews, and they start a war against Israel by butchering, raping and abducting 1200 innocent Jewish civilians.
When they lose that war (that they started), it's a genocide?
