Canada's Digital Services Tax Stays in Place Despite G-7 Deal

I wonder how much of Trump's attacks about taking of Canada, one of America's longest friends, was because of this law. I wouldn't be surprised if big tech wasn't behind turning America into a pariah just to protect themselves:
