Yes, I'm seeing this too. Came here to check if it's just me, since a bunch of status webpages say it's doing OK.

Yep. Some of it's working fine, but various file downloads are giving 500/503

Their status page has updated w/ a GitHub Copilot degraded perf warning. Seems like they're at least aware of it

Seeing the same. Tried to log a support ticket at https://support.github.com/, but that's down too :)
