Some standout takeaways:

- 68% said OKRs helped them reach $1M ARR faster - 39% saw measurable impact within 1–3 months - 89% wish they had started sooner - Most began using OKRs around the 6–10 person mark

The biggest benefits reported were improved alignment, faster decision-making, and easier weekly check-ins.
