Sound on OCaml on Windows

Seems like a long chain of dependencies and a sorry story of fiddly one-time things which are unlikely to be repeated in the right sequence by anyone let alone the OP if they do it again (tm)

Sound is harder than it should be. I remember back in the X11R2(?) Days Jim Gettys and others worked on an attempt do to "X for sound" which didn't go where anyone expected.
