#3How is it that people still don't understand the concept of "likeness rights"?
California, in particular, is quite aggressive about the legal rights of celebrities to control their own images.
The movie Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back is both hilarious and based on the theme of people getting in trouble because they don't understand likeness rights.
