Open-sourced: Convert legacy APIs to MCP Server with simple config

Hey guys, I just open-sourced mcp-gateway, a lightweight, configuration-driven service that helps convert existing RESTful (and soon gRPC) APIs into MCP (Model Control Protocol) servers without rewriting your backend logic.

I'm using it internally in our company, and it’s been a big time saver. Would love feedback, suggestions, or even PRs from the community.
