#2I'm trying to find an answer to why Stripe is making so many changes to dispute fees. I'm in the subscription space for $19.99 per month and now I need to pay $30.00 for each dispute I want to fight. I'm totally in the hole now. Anyone have any suggestions?

#5Increasing the fee for lost disputes seems fine, but the fact that there's a fee for won disputes at all bothers me.

Don’t fight them, just block the user from ever using the service again and keep going. Statistically you’ll lose even with airtight evidence.

I assume there’s payment processor reputation that they get dinged on that they want to price in.

What are the odds of winning normally? I see like 10% win-rate.
