CERN releases report on the feasibility of a possible Future Circular Collider

This is roughly the equivalent of the US's Superconducting Super Collider that was cancelled back in 1993. Similar circumference and collision energy. Finally the world will get to see what the SSC might have revealed about the deep structure of matter.
