#4Nice report! You might want to reconsider using crontab and @reboot though. @reboot can fail for a variety of reasons. You should probably use your OS's init system instead to start daemons.

#5Procmail isn't quite as dead as the article claims. I still use it with OpenSMTP on OpenBSD and am happy with it.

#7Procmail isn't quite as dead as the article claims. I still use it with OpenSMTP on OpenBSD and am happy with it. https://github.com/BuGlessRB/procmail/releases/tag/v3.24
I also use procmail still.
