I would suggest adding also configurable time breaks, like every xx minutes for yy seconds.

#4I was wondering how to figure out "when you stare at it for too long", then saw "Uses Mac's built-in front facing camera".. Err, I am not sure whether I want to keep camera on for this..

It uses a noticeable amount of resources/energy. I mainly use it for text-heavy tasks like reading research papers.
