I asked multiple people—most YC founders told me to use Discord, a VC told me to use Microsoft Teams, and two other funds told me to use Slack.

#3Ask your team. This is not a decision that will make or break your company... just pick whatever the team likes. After all, they will be using it, not your VCs or other founders.

Use Discord if your startup values real-time collaboration, voice chat, and a casual work culture.

It's started like a casual talk, and I just wanted to know the felling of the community :)

We do not have any employees yet. My friends and I would choose Discord, but maybe I have overlooked an incredible feature of Slack.
