#6I exclusively fly Southwest for my work trips between LA and SF several times a month. It's more chill and the flight credits don't expire. I hope they continue to allow flight credits without any cancellation fees. Otherwise I have no reason to fly Southwest exclusively anymore.

In the email they just sent out, they say that flight credits will have 6-12 month expiry, and the “basic” fare (née wanna get away) will no longer allow changes.
