I'm curious about the chilling effect of DOGE on effective regulation of these test flights. It's hard to imagine there isn't one, particularly when they were hit first and foremost in the politically-motivated deconstruction of demonstrated critical and effective government institutions, but characterizing or demonstrating it could be difficult.
