There were substantive rumors that Intel wants to sell the fabs to TSMC and they delayed the Ohio fabs. Are these vague rumors just designed to move the stock or is there something to it?

The CHIPS act funding requires Intel owns at least 51% of the fabs...

That’s true but with this administration, everything is negotiable.
