What is this about?

As a somebody currently not in the US I only get:

"Career Dreamer is an early-stage experiment and is only available in the United States."

It redirects me to

  https://grow.google/career-dreamer/home/not-allowed

which is a blank page (at least in FF, with adblock disabled) with a sole cookie banner. kek.

luckily, all I needed to know is in the page source:
