DockerHub Registry Down

It seems like pulling image from DockerHub is not possible right now. I'm greeted by a 500. It's not officially acknowledged but sites like https://statusgator.com/services/docker have already detected it.

A lot of people are complaining in https://isdown.app/status/docker/docker-hub-registry as well.

Are there any viable alternatives to DockerHub (other than the big 3 cloud providers)?

Github Container Registry (though still Microsoft)
