BoltChess – play against GMs and other titled players

A site where you can play against titled chess players. Games are played on Lichess.

How do you synchronize the time both players are available? Do they have to chat to arrange a common hour to start the game?

The titles players are paid by the minute. If I choose 15 minutes for me and 1 minute for the title player, should I pay 16 minutes? (And they would crush me anyway.) (I haven't play chess seriously in the last 30 years.)

Is there any post mortem analysis? I expect me to be totally crushed. People don't like to pay to lose. Do they get any nice perks?
