#3Because of the firefighting efforts, the FAA had prohibited drone-flying near the wildfires.

As part of his plea agreement, Akemann will pay the Quebec government for the damage to the plane and complete 150 hours of community service.
While there was a bit of an uncomfortably pitchforky atmosphere at the time - that's like nothing compared to the probable actual damages.
His name will take a sizeable hit though.
