#3This is insanity. You can be imprisoned for a vote?! You can vote for a law, and the law can be immediately challenged, as is often the case. This is an attempt by the executive branch to usurp the power of the legislative branch.

The legislative branch passed this.
Seems like Tennessee is officially a fascist state now? The only hope is the judicial stops it, but the official state legislation and executive are in agreement that attempting democratic representation for those who oppose them is a crime in and of itself. The first step toward genuine wrongthink laws. This is just how they set precedent.
And the punishment is in the same level of severity as killing someone.
