This is the result of my experience after months of testing and comparing selfhosted options to Google Photos.

TL;DR (I): I love Immich, although there are fantastic alternatives. TL;DR (II): We need a great Android TV / Apple TV app for these projects.

Show HN is for showing your own work that other people can try which excludes blog posts and most other reading material, take a look at https://news.ycombinator.com/showhn.html

You can post this sort of thing without the Show HN.
