Jan 1: They try to charge us. I open a support ticket, no response until I posted QT, they say they opened a ticket to the internal billing team.

Today: R2 access cut off

Sorry about this. Lots of people jumped on it and we're working to fix the underlying problem that caused it. Should never have happened!
