#2I have trouble understanding how someone who writes code every day and uses AI to do so would actually pull the trigger on this kind of move now…
I really seems more like the clueless manager type move.
Whole thing seems more like a PR stunt too.

Did he just replace the parts he (sneakily?) outsourced to fiverr before?

He is also focused on MVPs/POCs for small companies. Aka the bottom of the barrel work you'd use the cheap est offshore workers for anyway and not worry about anything working long term.
