In case anyone else was curious what https://github.com/testdriverai/playground#:~:text=npm%20ins... did, https://www.npmjs.com/package/dashcam-chrome?activeTab=code seems to be the only way to view it. Its readme links to a 404 GitHub repo and the non-typo-ed version in the CONTRIBUTE.md https://github.com/replayableio/chrome-extension> is also 404, and there are no Wayback snaps of it
