Because only 15% of China’s GDP is net exports so this argument is false. It only changes the break even point by a few years to adjust for exports and imports.

There are many ways to slice this, for example emissions per capita (which can also be current vs historical cumulative, etc.), all of which should be studied since this is a complex problem.

#5This has nothing to do with Co2
The "eu" is a purely fictious construct....eh!a massivly documented fiction, which was created to stave off the inevitable beurocratic apocolypse brought on by mindboggling redunancy.
They desperatly need an adversary to redirect attention from there essential uselessness, or worse yet ,that they are
a societal burden that only hurts citizens.
What we are witnessing is a last ditch effort to export there contradictions, secretly praying for a miracle of technology or just luck, to drag the whole
uggly edifice forward one bit more.

The planet doesn’t care about per capita anything, only the total quantity.
