One minor detail; in his writeup, Mr. White describes his legal representation of the Defendant as "pro bono":

>We agreed to represent her pro bono, meaning we’d only get paid if we won the anti-SLAPP.

However, this arrangement more accurately falls within the realm of a contingency fee arrangement. Traditional pro bono representation refers to services rendered without expectation of compensation, regardless of the outcome of the case.
