#2After all of their successes in making gender-neutral language mandatory in all government documents, I'm hoping that there'll be a feminist outrage about this. This should be gender-neutral, too, meaning mandatory for everyone.
I mean it's just a mandatory paper questionnaire. There's no harm in asking young women about their opinion, too.

Poland, population ~38M, has about 250K active duty military
Finland designates >90% of its fit-for-service males (age 16-49) as military reservists

From what I have understood, problem is that Germans would need to change the constitution to allow women to be mandatory drafted too. But that's not gonna happen because you usually needs something like 2/3rd of whole government to agree on that.

They are trying to recruit about 1,500 per year out of 300,000 new 18-yos per year. Meaning they need a 0.5% conversion rate. I think just slightly raising awareness by including a neat flyer with the questionnaire might do the trick.
