I built a free Google Sheet template of KPIs for SaaS founders.

Wrote a quick article about it too..

I'd love to hear what you think is missing. I've been editing it as fast as I can with suggestions. Otherwise, feel free to take it, make a copy, and customize as you see fit.

I also added an API link to the bottom of the article because some folks wanted help doing some basic calculations of some of the metrics listed. Let me know if they're off or should be changed, or if there's something missing.
