It took some doing to get ChatGPT to go beyond just making up some nonsense that sounded good, but we documented all the prompts and responses that actually got used in the process, and there's a reasonable sort of logic to how and where it landed.

Ha. Fair enough.
I suppose the rub here is that we're doing it intentionally and openly. A serious treatise on the "ultimate halloween costume" sounds oxymoronic, but if you're looking to use AI for more directed forms of ideation, this could be a decent pattern to follow. That's why we included all the prompts and reponses in the post.
