#3If there is a third group anfter America and China who can build a space station, it’s India. They have real launch capability. Their lunar lander proves deep-space autonomous precision manoeuvring capability. And they’ve been able to do it all on the cheap.
(Russia is out on technical capability. Europe is out on cost. Japan hasn’t thrown its hat in the ring.)
