An Open Letter to Google from a Small Publisher

Oh boy are review sites an area where there is huge room for improvement but breaking into that sector is about as hard as breaking into online dating. (e.g. I think though of all the cases like Quora and StackOverflow which would lead one to think "we won't be fooled again")
