#2Self hosting at home and an offsite Dedicated Server. MikroTik guy so have an AX3 at home an a P1 CHR.
WireGuard between the two for direct admin access.
Nginx Proxy Manager running on servers on either side, with port 80 and 443.

#3I self-host pretty much everything I rely on. I use a dedicated server at home. Aside from a couple of small and simple webpages, access to everything I host is only possible through a VPN (that I host).
