Pavel Durov has been indicted in France in front of an investigative judge, he is released from custody on a 5 million euros bail and is forbidden from leaving France during the investigation.

Looks like the encryption charges mentioned in the arrest warrant are no longer there.

I'd love to know more about the specific laws the prosecution is resting their case on.

For a person who has $100,000 in net worth, that would be a bail amount of $30

Which "encryption charges mentioned in the arrest warrant" are you talking about? Has the warrant been published somewhere?
