We’re in a arms race now between recruiters and candidates both using AI against eachother.

All this will do is make it less likely that good candidates will match with companies.

Companies are already overwhelmed with applications, many of which don’t fit. So while they are floundering trying to sort the reasonable candidates time is passing and no one is benefiting.

If you can’t do your own application and write your own resume, you arguably don’t deserve a job in this industry.
