#4The author says his cancellation was prevented by Travelers not sending out a non renewal. Is it really just delayed for a year? Certainly they will"fix the glitch" and make sure to not renew his policy correctly the next go around.

#5H2O.ai pitched their software to me in 2013 that analyzed house roofs for insurance companies to adjust rates using google maps and earth images, so this has been going on for a long time already the author was just oblivious to it all.
